Through an Integrated Education and Training (IET) model, the program provided instruction in English language development alongside career exploration and preparation for allied health occupations.
The program addressed the unique needs of adult learners by integrating occupational content with language instruction, creating a learning experience that was both relevant and empowering. ESL students gained confidence and career readiness, building the foundational skills necessary to pursue further training or entry-level employment in healthcare.
