PATHWAY CONNECTION

This pathway connection focused on expanding professional development opportunities for adult learners by preparing them to become Mental Health First Aid instructors. Four adult learners participated in this initiative, helping extend the reach of the program while building instructional capacity across the state. These instructors will play a key role in growing mental health awareness and preparedness within educational institutions and community organizations. This approach supports both career advancement for adult learners and the development of a more resilient behavioral health workforce.
