Stackable Credentials

The Stackable Credentials in Supply Chain Management project, led by UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ (UCNJ), aims to strengthen the education-to-employment pipeline for students pursuing careers in supply chain management. This project integrates industry-recognized certifications directly into the college’s existing curriculum, equipping students with in-demand skills and enhancing their employment marketability. Through the development of stackable credentials, the initiative not only supports academic progression but also cultivates critical thinking and real-world experience. UCNJ worked with employer and community-based partners to develop applied learning opportunities and align training programs with workforce needs. The project emphasizes experiential learning, academic credit attainment, and collaboration with community-based organizations to ensure inclusive access and success for a diverse student population.
