Executive Summary
County College of Morris is building articulation pathways with four-year institutions, including New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), to create a seamless transition from associate to bachelor’s degrees. These discussions focus on aligning the Robotics and Automation certificate and proposed associate degree content with baccalaureate programs such as Industrial Engineering.
By working backward from four-year program requirements, CCM aims to make curriculum adjustments that ensure students can transfer without losing credit or repeating coursework. These efforts are also aligned with the college’s reaccreditation process, which will inform long-term sustainability and program development.
