Executive Summary
Raritan Valley Community College engaged high schools and adult learners in a non-credit Industrial Maintenance Program. A pilot cohort of six incumbent workers from L’Oréal completed the training, showing measurable competency gains. The program also provided valuable employer feedback and led to enhanced curriculum and equipment donations from L’Oréal.
