UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ advanced its Supply Chain Management program by embedding stackable credentials, including Six Sigma certification, into for-credit coursework. The college also engaged Red Trucking Inc. employees and affiliates, who entered the academic pipeline to pursue a Certificate of Achievement or Associate of Science (AS) degree. Students benefited from site visits that connected classroom learning to real-world logistics operations. These efforts enriched students’ critical thinking abilities and expanded their internship and career opportunities.
