Executive Summary
To serve underemployed and career-changing adults, County College of Morris developed a non-credit pre-apprenticeship boot camp in industrial automation. The boot camp leads to the SACA C-101 Certified Industry 4.0 Associate I credential and is designed to provide hands-on training and pathways into credit-bearing programs or employment.
Outreach was supported through bilingual marketing materials shared with Workforce Development Boards and nonprofit organizations. This adult learner-focused approach promotes inclusivity and opens doors for those looking to enter or advance in the high-growth field of industrial automation.
