Machine Tool Technology
Executive Summary
The Machine Tool Technology pathway project, led by Sussex County Community College in collaboration with County College of Morris and a consortium of high school and community-based partners, is advancing the development of a skilled and career-ready manufacturing workforce. This pathway builds on a one-year, 30-credit certificate program designed to train students in the fundamentals of machining, including planning, CAD design, and operating both conventional and CNC (computer numerical control) tools.
