Executive Summary

The Esports Production Content Creation Hub placed intentional focus on building accessible pathways for adult learners and incumbent workers—especially those seeking quick entry into a growing industry with opportunities for advancement.

Through partnerships with The Salvation Army – Kroc Center Camden and Volunteers of America – Delaware Valley, Camden County College provided adult learners with exposure to careers in esports production, streaming, and digital content creation. These careers are not only relevant and engaging but also support entrepreneurial opportunities and flexible employment.

Professional development sessions and site visits were hosted to assess community needs and increase awareness of program offerings. Adult learners also engaged in experiential events, including the GSE SJ Collegiate Cup finals and the Video Games for Veterans event. These opportunities allowed learners to connect with industry, test skills, and envision viable career paths.

By offering on-ramps into non-credit and credit programs, this pathway connection ensured adult learners had access to credentials that support employment in both esports and related fields such as multimedia production and digital storytelling.
