Executive Summary
To ensure long-term academic and career mobility, Camden County College established articulation pathways for students in the Associate of Applied Science in Esports Production (ESP.AAS) program to transfer into related bachelor’s degree programs at four-year institutions.
The project resulted in a completed articulation agreement with Stockton University and ongoing alignment discussions with Rutgers University–Camden, focusing on their Digital Studies degree. These agreements ensure that students who complete the ESP.AAS can continue their education without course duplication, increasing both the value and efficiency of their academic journey.
Additionally, preliminary articulation discussions took place with Rowan University (for programs in Sports Communication and Media and Esports Business) and Neumann University, demonstrating strong interest from multiple four-year institutions in supporting students pursuing esports and digital media careers.
By aligning curriculum and transfer pathways, this project strengthens the full education continuum from high school to community college to university, ensuring students can pursue advanced degrees in fields connected to the rapidly growing esports industry.
