With so many of our connections being driven by the internet of things, there has been a significant increase in data breaches and cybercrimes. The IoT and the significant move into the virtual universe has increased individuals’ exposure of their personal identifying information and businesses’ exposure to Ransomware attacks. Businesses are increasingly in need of employees to ensure data integrity, retention and availability for overall data protection.
